Casual Catering Menu

The following menu items are available with a minimum of 24 hours notice for orders serving up to 5 individuals. For large parties of 6 or more, please order at least 48 hours in advance. Meals can be picked up at the store during regular business hours, or delivered with charge depending on location and distance. Most foods are available take n’ bake style, fully cooked with reheating instructions, or hot and ready to eat!

This menu can also be used as a guide for our full service catering operations. Please contact Emily at Emily@fftdeli.com to set up an appointment for a free catering consultation. We will work directly with you to create the perfect menu and setting for your special occasion!

Quantity Guide:

Sides and Deli Favorites: 1 pound serves approximately 3-4 people

Entrees: 1 pound serves approximately 2-3 people

**Some menu items may be ordered by the individual quantity rather than by the pound. Please inquire with any ordering questions you may have!

Pineapple Ginger Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin roasted with a sweet and spicy glaze of fresh pineapple blended with ginger, dijon, hoisin, and brown sugar.

Chicken Pot Pie

Shredded chicken breast with mixed vegetables in a creamy stew topped with golden puff pastry

Turkey Jasmine Meatballs

Ground turkey breast, steamed jasmine rice, scallions, ginger, and cilantro tossed with sweet ginger glaze served over Asian Noodle Salad.

Old Fashioned Meatloaf

Organic beef and pork, buffalo or turkey mixed with onions, garlic, parmesan cheeses and or house secret blend of spices. Glazed with a traditional sweet ketchup sauce.

Korean Marinated Flank Steak

Organic flank steak marinated in soy, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger marinated, grilled to your desired doneness.

Lemon & Roasted Garlic Chicken

Chicken thighs rubbed with roasted garlic lemon butter and roasted to perfection.

Moroccan Chicken

Chicken braised with onions, garlic, ginger, and our house Moroccan spice blend, served with its own pan juices.

Green Chili and Chicken or Shredded Pork Enchiladas

Shredded chicken layered with corn tortillas, sharp cheddar cheese, and homemade green chili tomatillo enchilada sauce.

Orange Sesame Shrimp Kabobs

Large prawns glazed with an orange teriyaki sauce, skewered and garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.

Asian inspired shellfish cakes topped with a chili lime crème

Sesame Crusted Salmon

Wild salmon encrusted in black & white sesame seeds, served with our orange-miso crème sauce

B Bar L beef from Whitehall MT. Seared and roasted to the temperature of your liking. Served with horseradish crème and a port wine reduction.

A whole turkey or turkey breast brined overnight and then slow roasted to create the juiciest bird imaginable! Served with our homemade cranberry orange ginger compote.

Quiche: Deep dish egg dish baked with savory ingredients in our homemade wheat pastry crust.
